The best way to reach Silver Tech Notes is by email:
What to write about
- Corrections. If we got something wrong — a date, a deadline, a detail — tell us. Accuracy matters more to us than being right the first time, and we fix mistakes openly.
- Questions. If an article left something unclear, ask. Reader questions are where our best follow-up articles come from.
- Article ideas. A Medicare letter you cannot make sense of, a device your family is wrestling with, a form that made no sense — suggest it. If it affects your family, it probably affects a hundred others.
- Business inquiries. Partnerships and affiliate program questions are welcome at the same address.
Two things we cannot do by email
- Medical advice. We are a publication, not a medical provider. Questions about your own care belong to your doctor. Please do not send personal medical details.
- Medicare enrollment help for your specific case. Free, unbiased help is available from your state’s SHIP program (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) and at Medicare.gov — they can look at your exact situation, and we cannot.
We read everything and reply as promptly as a small publication can — usually within a few days.
